Training Programs

Program Development and Presentation
The Colorado AETC accepts all requests for HIV and hepatitis education programs for health professionals, and will either design programs to meet specific needs or assist in identifying appropriate resources. Clinical faculty and educators travel statewide. 
 
Clinical Training Program
A one-day intensive education program offered quarterly. Individualized HIV clinical experiences, involving rotations at clinical sites, can also be arranged in Denver for care providers.  
 
HIV Treatment Updates
Annual spring and fall updates on new developments in managing HIV patients. Held at various sites statewide.
 
Clinical Consultation
Individualized expert case consultation on HIV management can be arranged with local clinicians experienced in HIV care.
 
Capacity Building
Training and technical assistance to support clinical sites in developing, expanding, and/or improving their HIV services, including HIV testing.
